General Refund Terms

1. 24-Hour Grace Period

All bookings are eligible for a full refund (minus processing fees) if cancelled within 24 hours of the initial booking, provided the check-in date is more than 48 hours away.

2. Property-Specific Policies

Each accommodation may have its own cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). The specific policy is clearly displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

3. Processing Fees

Lodgenda service fees are non-refundable except in cases of host cancellation or qualifying extenuating circumstances. Payment processing fees may also be non-refundable depending on the payment method used.

Special Circumstances

Full refunds may be provided for bookings affected by natural disasters, government travel restrictions, serious illness, or other qualifying emergencies. Documentation may be required.

Property Issues

If the accommodation doesn't match the listing description or has significant issues affecting your stay, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Report issues within 24 hours of check-in.
