If you haven't received your booking confirmation: 1) Check your spam/junk email folder, 2) Verify the email address in your account settings, 3) Log into your account to view booking details, 4) Contact our support team to resend the confirmation. Keep your booking reference number for easy tracking.
To get a receipt: 1) Log into your account, 2) Go to 'My Bookings', 3) Find the booking you need a receipt for, 4) Click 'Download Receipt' or 'View Receipt', 5) You can print or save the receipt as needed. Receipts are also automatically sent to your email after successful payment.
